INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional for topping)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
