INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
